VERIDUCIA · The governance platform for trustees

How much of your firm’s work still depends on someone remembering?

VERIDUCIA brings your trust company’s decisions, obligations and supporting records into one place. See what needs attention, who is responsible and how each decision was reached.

Developed by Fiduciacorp, drawing on fiduciary practice and research.

VERIDUCIA · Three situations

When the work depends on one person, the firm carries the risk.

01

An officer is away and the team needs to continue their work.

Open items, their supporting records and the context so far sit in one place. A colleague with the right authority can pick up where things stand, without reconstructing the file from emails.

02

Management needs to know what is outstanding, who owns it and when it is due.

Obligations and follow-up actions carry a named owner and a date. Managers see the open and overdue work across the firm as it stands, not as it was last reported.

03

A decision has to be explained later, with its context and reasoning.

The information assessed, the alternatives considered and the officer’s reasoning are recorded when the decision is made. Authorised people can read that record afterwards.

AI proposes. Officer decides. Platform executes. System verifies.

Fiduciary judgement remains with your people. The platform assembles, routes and records.

Research

Two articles on how trustees should reason with AI in the room.

Research by Frédéric Sanz that informs Fiduciacorp’s work. Both pieces develop Judgement Provenance: keeping a documented record of the human reasoning behind discretionary decisions.

Published · STEP Trust Quarterly Review · September 2026

The Fiduciary Inversion

Examines how AI challenges existing expectations of reasonable care and introduces Judgement Provenance: a documented record of the human reasoning behind discretionary decisions.

The Deliberation Deficit
